1-on-1 Mentorship

At Scientella, our team pairs participating students with an experienced mentor who has a career in the STEM field. This partnership allows students to receive personalized, 1-on-1 guidance and support from someone in the field they are interested in. By being paired with someone with similar relevant experience, career goals, and areas of interest, students are able to grow their confidence and clarity in what their potential future could look like.
