Student Consulting Projects
Student Consulting Projects are 6-week experiential learning programs where students work in teams to address a real-world challenge posed by a STEM industry host.
Participants conduct primary and secondary research, collaborate with peers, and present a final report and presentation outlining their findings and recommendations.
Through this experience, students gain exposure to research, consulting, innovation, and professional teamwork, while building valuable skills for college and future careers.
Industry partners benefit from meaningful engagement with the next generation of STEM talent and gain valuable youth-driven perspectives and insights.

1-on-1 Mentorships
Scientella’s 1-on-1 mentorships connect students with female STEM professionals for structured virtual conversations about academic pathways, career exploration, and professional growth.
Through two guided conversations, students gain personalized advice, insights into STEM careers, and opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships.
Mentors have the opportunity to share their experiences, inspire the next generation, and support future women leaders in STEM.

Webinars
Scientella webinars are expert-led sessions that introduce students to emerging STEM fields, industry insights, and professional development skills.
Topics may include career pathways, industry trends, resume building, and navigating STEM education.
These sessions provide an accessible way for students to learn from professionals and explore a wide range of STEM careers.

Scientella’s in-person events include company visits, workshops, panels, and networking opportunities that expose students to real-world STEM environments.
Students gain first-hand insight into professional workplaces while connecting directly with STEM professionals and role models.
